For a baby shower gift or a newborn! We make our burp cloths from a standard size cloth diaper, which is an ideal fabric to absorb the little messes. We used a flannel that has adorable little 'baby items' in its print. On the front we added a Star applique in the flannel and a bold purple-with-green-polka-dot accent ribbon, while it is fully-backed with the Baby Items flannel. For additional accent on the front, we wrap the back around to the lower front border.Our burp cloths are a popular item, either sold separately or in a set with a matching bib and/or onesie. We buy limited yardage of the flannel fabric so our items are constantly changing - and it is fun to sew in new fabrics!
